our mission

Is to provide people with super rad wood and wood products from locally salvaged trees. Whether you need a single unfinished slab or a full office buildout, we are here to help you through the process.

At genuine timbercraft

We obviously like to have a good time, but we also take our craft quite seriously. We take it seriously because we are passionate about creating one-of-a-kind products from trees that would otherwise be thrown away.

It all started when Dylan decided to leave the mortgage business to pursue his dreams of turning salvaged trees into useable products. John (pictured above) has been apart of pretty much the entire journey and always keeps it fun.

Along the way we partnered with Dustin, who can get a deal on pretty much any type of equipment you can think of and can run that equipment with his eyes closed and one hand tied behind his back.

What sets us apart

Is that we know where our material comes from, and we have careful control of the process from the tree to the finished product. We take pride in using salvaged trees that come down due to storms, development, disease, etc. We are also proud members of the Virginia Urban Wood Group.
